Buildings 500, 600, 700 have office/warehouse suites from 4,500 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. Each suite has two offices and two restrooms per suite (one in office area, another in warehouse). Each Warehouse has 14’ walls, two 12’ rollup doors and energy efficient LED lighting. All parking areas are lighted and equipped with exterior cameras.

Suites in Building #200, #300, #400

Buildings 200, 300 and 400 have office/warehouse suites ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft (combined suites). Each single suite has one restroom. All warehouses have 12 ft exterior walls, one 10’ rollup door and energy efficient LED lighting. (Combined suites will have two.) All parking areas are lighted and equipped with exterior cameras.

Suites in Building #100

Building 100 is a three-story professional office building with a variety of suite sizes to fit small and large workspace needs. The common areas include a conference room (available by appointment), coffee bars and separate women’s and men’s restrooms on each floor. All common areas and office suites have custom finishes that create a quiet elegance in a professional atmosphere.

Building 100 has 24-hour access with monitored security system.
